Ryan Drusano joined W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate, LLC in May of 2026 as Director of Finance and Real Estate Investments, bringing more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development, and capital markets. In his role, Ryan oversees the financial strategy and performance of the company's real estate portfolio, including investment analysis, asset management, and financial reporting across a diverse mix of asset classes.

Prior to joining W.C. Bradley, Ryan served as Head of Real Estate for JCB North America, where he led the company's real estate function across its North American footprint. Before that, he gained extensive capital markets experience at HFF and CW Capital, both based in Washington, D.C., where he worked on complex financing and investment transactions across a range of commercial property types.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky with a minor in Economics and holds a Georgia real estate license. His combination of transactional experience, financial expertise, and operational perspective allows him to bring a well-rounded approach to evaluating and managing real estate investments.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and staying active.
