Keri Judah joined W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate, LLC in 2018 and currently serves as Director of Property Management. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate and property management, Keri brings extensive expertise in new development, lease-up strategy, and operational leadership across both residential and commercial assets. In her role, Keri oversees the strategic direction and performance of the company’s property management portfolio, including leasing, operations, financial performance, and team development. She is known for her hands-on leadership style, strong operational discipline, and ability to drive results while enhancing the resident and tenant experience. Keri graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Interior Design and holds a Georgia real estate license, further strengthening her ability to align design, functionality, and market performance across assets. A native of Columbus, Keri is deeply connected to the community and takes pride in contributing to the continued growth and revitalization of the Uptown area. She has witnessed firsthand the transformation of downtown Columbus and is passionate about playing a role in shaping its future. Keri has a strong appreciation for real estate and architecture and enjoys opportunities to engage with both. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, renovating homes, and staying active in the CrossFit community.
