“I have had the pleasure of working with Cherie Sanders over a period of years and especially in connection with the development of the Synovus Centre and the location of our firm’s third floor offices in Synovus Centre. In my experience with her, I have found Cherie to be hardworking, knowledgeable, competent, committed and incredibly responsive. Cherie’s enthusiasm, positive outlook and approach to problems and issues make working with her a true pleasure. Cherie is clearly an asset to W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate, LLC and to our community.”

Bob Brown, Real Estate Client

“Kathleen Mason is the epitome of real estate agents. I have used her twice. In both situations, she more than met my expectations from the initial meeting until after closing. She knows her trade and the geographical area that she works. She is trustworthy, consistent, and reliable. I will use her again, and often recommend her to my colleagues and friends. I strongly recommend her to represent your real estate issues.”

Nick Norwood, Real Estate Client

“I’m very happy with my loft unit at Eagle and Phenix. After looking for a loft downtown, I didn’t think I could afford to buy one. Kathleen Mason’s tour of the development convinced me that I really wanted to live at Eagle & Phenix. I was impressed with the attention to detail — the finish-out of the individual units, the upkeep of the building and property, the security measures and employment of a full-time attendant. Now that I’m here, I’m thrilled to have a view of the river, so much light and so much open space.”

Before Lakebottom was Lakebottom there was … a lake! The wedding of the century is being planned by Priscilla Tuttle and nothing will stop her from devising the perfect lakeside ceremony attended by all of Columbus’ elite. But there are problems in Wildwood Park. The bride’s mother is proving to be the embodiment of evil, the bridesmaids come down with malaria and the city begins to drain the lake. But as the water level lowers, the anxiety rises: There’s a secret at the bottom of that lake. And the Tuttle family will do anything to keep it hidden. Topher Payne’s hilarious prequel to his 2011 hit (Lakebottom Proper),Lakebottom Prime turns the clock back to the days when brass bands played on an island bandstand, lovers paddled canoes around the lake and families picnicked on the shore.
